My recent work has been an exploration of animation and digital art that has become my main creative output over the course of the pandemic. The work explores my own first-person sketches of my personal everyday moments. My sketched animations are all inspired from illustrations that show up in personal sketch books. Being a part of the Art first aid kit has allowed me to finalise and celebrate this period of my work and realise the potential of my work beyond the canvas

Along side my sketched diary animations I have included some of my completely digital animations. These have been works I created as I learned the tools and software needed to animate. These animations are entirely digitally sketched using a digital colour pallet. Learning something new for me was a way of seeing new places as the pandemic prevented that from happening which is something that inspires my painting practice.
